Refund Policy

StartUpSection Refund Guidelines:

In the following cases, StartUpSection refund either for cost or fee shall be dependent on each of every cases.

  1. If client withdraw within 7 days after the payment was received and no processes had been started, refund will cover total cost but portion of the Professional fee shall be taken as service charge i.e Rs. 1,000/-.

Total Cost – 100% refund
Professional Fee – Rs. 1000/- as service charge 

* Full refund in case of double pay for product mistakenly by client. 

  1. If clients withdraw and 50% of the process is done, cost portion of the amount received less all expenses made to process the work. Professional Fee shall not be refunded.

Total Cost less expenses paid
Professional Fee – no refund

3.If clients withdraw due to external factors (rejection from Registrar). total cost less expenses paid shall be refunded to client.

Total Cost less expenses paid            
   Professional Fee – full refund

  1. Refund of Professional Fee shall be proportioned to the process completed, if the withdrawal was due to external factors.

Total Cost less expenses paid
Professional Fee X % of completion = amount of refund

  1. Client withdraw after 30days ( advised to postpone then eventually withdraw), total cost will be refunded but portion of the Professional Fee shall not be refunded.

Total Cost – 100% refund
Professional Fee – net of (10%) service charge
